What is your return policy? TOP
At Lela Lu's, we strive to make you a satisfied customer. Every effort is made to make sure your items are shipped as ordered. However, if an item is received and it is the wrong size, color, or style, simply return it. If it is being returned because of the fit or you do not like the item, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged. The item should be returned within 30 days of receiving it. All tags must be on apparel garments and shoes should have no visible signs of wear. A copy of the order should be included in the return shipment. What type of payments do you accept? TOP
Lela Lu's accepts all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
How are my items shipped? TOP
All items from Lela Lu's are shipped UPS Ground or Priority Mail, depending on the size of the order. This generally takes 5-7 buisness days to receive shipments. Items not in stock are drop shipped directly from the vendor. If you are needing an item rush delivered, please contact me for a quote on the shipping price. |
